Minimum order for 1 order is 0.5ct for slab diamonds. The remaining products are unlimited.

We offer free shipping to Hanoi and City. Ho Chi Minh and provinces neighboring these two cities. The remaining shipping fees will be calculated according to orders in the remaining provinces.

Our staff will deliver directly or via guaranteed courier.

For popular cut diamonds (round, rectangular, paddy, square, black, etc.), GIA diamonds of all common sizes are available, currently available jewelry samples, we will deliver same day of order in Ho Chi Minh and 1 day for Hanoi and neighboring provinces. Delivery will be cut at 5:00 p.m. every day. Other provinces from 1 to 2 days.

For ordered items, the earliest delivery time is 7-10 days.

We are a direct diamond cutting manufacturer with a factory in Surat India. Our Indian rough supplier is Debeer's sightholder with primary rough sources from Botswana, South Africa, Canada, and Namibia. Then it is exported to the Vietnam office with invoices and documents.

In addition to colorless diamonds, we also provide natural and processed color diamonds in different sizes. Please contact directly for more details.

With the advantage of a rich source of goods, Cao Diamond is famous in the Vietnamese market in providing less popular diamond items to customers such as illusion diamonds, natural color diamonds, star diamonds, … For these items, customers must order in advance.

We are committed to 100% natural diamonds during the transportation process. Before shipping goods from the factory to the Vietnam office, we have full testing machines. In addition, Cao Diamond also supports practical testing at local competent testing laboratories.

We believe in the eternal value of natural diamonds, so we only provide natural products that have been tested and inspected. Understanding customers' concerns about mixing HPHT & CVD artificial diamonds on the market today, we always prioritize product inspection first before shipping and delivering to customers. Customers can refer to item 9 for more information.

We provide 3D jewelry files to calculate stone parameters for customers or to make jewelry when customers buy stones or order jewelry samples to be processed.

When customers order specific sizes or specific carat weights, according to each jewelry model, we still provide services that satisfy customers. At Cao Diamond, our mission is to provide exactly what customers request.

We can provide red VAT invoices (10%) if customers need.
